Working a Pilates program with us on a regular basis will:

Private & Semi-Private Sessions
Private Sessions (1 on 1 with an instructor) allow you to receive a highly personalized workout, geared towards maximizing your workout time and improving problem areas.
Semi-Private Sessions (2 people per class) give you the personalized, individual attention you need to help maximize workout results.
Group Reformer Class Schedule
We offer Group Reformer Classes Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings but we don't list these classes publicly. Please contact us to book your first Reformer Class. We'll help you find the right class time for you!
