Joseph Pilates originally developed The Pilates Method for rehabilitation. All of our instructors are experienced in working with clients with injuries including, but not limited to, post-surgery rehabilitation, pain, arthritis, knee, hip, back, shoulder and neck issues. Pilates is a safe, gentle, and effective form of exercise!
