New to the Studio?

The studio entrance is right on Westwood Blvd. There is plenty of 2 hour free street parking along Westwood Blvd. Street cleaning is on Monday morning. Please note there is absolutely no parking in the back of our building or the adjoining office building. You may be towed if you park behind either one.

Wear comfortable workout clothing that is not too loose because we need to see your form. We prefer you wear Pilates socks during your sessions. Grippy Pilates socks are also available for purchase at the studio.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. Late cancellations and rescheduling need to be requested at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations will be charged the full price of the session. Please note that Pilates sessions and packages are non-transferable.

Just call, text, email, or sign-up online for our First Time Special!  It’s a discounted Beginner Pilates Package of 3 private sessions for $150 available to new clients. The 3 sessions will provide you with a foundation in Pilates movement, exercises, form, breathing, and familiarity with the equipment. It also gives the instructor the opportunity to assess and observe your fitness level and needs.

Yes, we have two bathrooms where you may change. One bathroom is located on the ground level of the building by the rear entrance and the other is located in our studio.

Yes!  In our office we have an excellent chiropractor, Dr. Wilson Park, and acupuncturist, Dr. James Kelly. We also have top notch nutritionists, massage therapists, and an Ayurvedic practitioner who we are happy to recommend.

About Us

All of our teachers have completed certification through Pilates Method Accredited programs and have years of professional experience. We are a small studio that hires and retains instructors who have a high level of knowledge with rehabilitation as well as intermediate and advanced teaching methods. Our instructors will work with you on your fitness goals while you build strength and advance to the next level.

Our studio primarily uses reformers, as well as other Pilates equipment, while incorporating mat work depending on each individual’s needs and their fitness level. Reformer work is weight-bearing which is great for bone-density, building muscle, body alignment, stretching, and burning calories.
